Email support

Include your account email and a clear description. Never send a password or full payment-card details.

For a cancellation, duplicate charge or refund request, include your account email and transaction reference.

For sign-in problems, confirm you are using the email attached to your BeautyOS account.
For AI issues, describe what you expected and copy the non-sensitive part of the response.
For safety, never share your password, API keys or full payment details.
